Note: We recommend scheduling 72 hours in advance • Same-day requests accommodated when possible
Medical Appointments
Rides to doctor visits, dialysis centers, physical therapy, and routine check-ups. We ensure punctual pickups and can wait or return for your appointment.
Hospital & Facility Discharges
Safe transportation home after hospital stays, ER visits, or transfers between medical facilities. Our drivers assist with personal items.
Therapy & Treatment Appointments
Reliable transportation for recurring treatments like chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or regular dialysis. We understand the importance of never missing these critical appointments.
Errands & Pharmacy Stops
Need to pick up prescriptions or medical equipment? Our driver can wait for 15-30 minutes ($20 per 15-minute increment) and take you back home.
Special Events & Personal Rides
Family gatherings, weddings, and personal outings. We help ensure you never miss important moments due to transportation barriers.
Long-Distance Medical Trips

Door-to-Door (Standard)
Our driver helps you from your front door to the vehicle, and from the vehicle to your destination lobby. This is our standard service level.
Hand-to-Hand
For clients who cannot be left alone, we ensure you are handed off directly to a nurse, caregiver, or responsible person at your destination.
Curb-to-Curb
For independent clients who need minimal assistance but still want safe vehicle access and support.
Our Fleet & Accessibility
All 25+ vehicles in our fleet are 100% wheelchair-accessible and equipped to provide safe, comfortable transportation for all mobility needs. Service animals are always welcome.
