Do you serve areas outside the four main counties?
Yes! While our primary service area covers Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties, we can arrange transportation to specialized medical facilities in Seattle, Salem, and other locations on a case-by-case basis.
How far in advance should I schedule for rural areas?
For locations in rural areas or at the edges of our service area, we recommend scheduling at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day service may be limited in these areas.
Do you charge extra for certain areas?
Our standard pricing ($55 base + $5/mile) applies throughout our regular service area. Long-distance trips outside the metro area may have different pricing - contact us for a quote.
