Do you serve areas outside these three counties?
Yes! While our primary service area covers Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties, we can arrange transportation to specialized medical facilities in Seattle, Salem, and other locations on a case-by-case basis.
How far in advance should I schedule for rural areas?
For locations in rural areas or at the edges of our service area, we recommend requesting your ride at least 72 hours ahead. Same-day service may be limited in these areas.
Do you charge extra for certain areas?
Our standard pricing ($60 base + $5.50/mile) applies throughout our regular service area. Long-distance trips outside the metro area may have different pricing - contact us for a quote.
