With over 30 years of driving experience in the Pacific Northwest, we are acutely aware of the inclement weather that can come at any time day or night. Whether it’s raining, snowing, or extremely hot outside, our desire is to get you there as safely and as comfortably as possible!
Scheduling
We have Sedans and Wheelchair Vans to meet your specific needs. While we require 48 hours notice to schedule a ride, we have an excellent scheduling program and work with some of the best providers in the business. If you have an urgent need, just give us a call and we will do our very best to assist you!

Having raised 5 children and serving in the Health Industry for over a decade, Amy is quite compassionate and caring of others. She has a mother’s heart, and is relentless in her pursuit of Excellent Customer Service and Team Effort.

Owner / General Manager
Rick is fully engaged in every aspect of our operation. Excellent Customer Service, being on time every time, maintaining safe and clean vehicles, and providing ongoing training for our drivers are his top priorities to ensure your satisfaction!

Jessica Wagner-Davis
Executive Assistant
Jessica directly assists Rick and Amy and handles all of our human resources to include ensuring that all of our drivers are trained and fully credentialed! She LOVES animals, and is very tenacious!

Joel’s greatest concern is that our customers and drivers are happy, and that their needs are taken seriously. He manages both Scheduling and Dispatch with years of experience (to include driving!), and is involved with our Growth and Development.

We provide door to door transportation to both Ambulatory and Wheelchair clients. This may include your personal assistant, or we can provide an additional team member from our staff to assist when necessary. We service the Tri-County areas shown below, as well as long distance trips on a case-by- case basis outside of the normal service areas. We are happy to consider all of your transportation needs. Just let us know how we may serve you!
48 hour advanced notice is required. All other requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
Portland Metro Area
Serving the entire greater Portland Area including Gresham and outlying areas east, and all of Portland West.
Washington County
Serving Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro, and the entirety of Washington County.
Clackamas County
Serving Happy Valley, Gladstone, Oregon City, Wilsonville, and the Entirety of Clackamas County.

Fee Structure
(Effective 09/1/2022)
Ramp Van for Wheelchair or Ambulatory: Base fee: $48.50 plus $4.55 per mile.*
NOTE: 1 Qualified Caregiver is included in fee above.
*Surcharge will be added for Additional passengers
*Additional Fees: (reduced rates for recurring trips available!)
Stand by/Wait Fee: $20.00 (per 15 min.)
Hospital/Facility Discharge Fee: $25.00
Provided Wheelchair Fee: $50.00 each way
Credit Card Processing Fee: 5% of total transaction
NOTE: MINIMUM 48 Hrs. NOTICE REQUIRED. Base rate is applied at each boarding. Rides during holidays, after normal business hours, or long distance trips will incur additional surcharges. For Wait Times, Hospital Discharges, and Wheelchair Rentals see “Additional Fees” above. Rates subject to change. Credit Card Processing Fee is Non-Refundable and is applied to charge and refund transactions. Other Fees may be applied on a case by case basis. Discounts are available for recurring trips.
