Important Information Before Scheduling
Please Read Carefully Before Using The Form Below:
All ride requests are subject to availability. Requests with 72-hour advance notice are generally guaranteed. All urgent requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
You will receive a confirmation call within 72 hours after submission. Rides are NOT considered scheduled until we have confirmed them with you by phone.
If the contact person for confirmation and billing is different from the rider, please include their contact information in the notes section.
The estimate shown is a base estimate only and may change after confirmation. We will provide the exact price during your confirmation call.
Service Limitations:
- • We do NOT provide stretcher transport
- • We do NOT operate on Sundays
