Please Note: 1 additional passenger is included in the base fee. A surcharge of $15 will be added for each additional passenger beyond the first two.

Payment Information
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and require payment arrangements prior to transport. No cash accepted at pickup for safety.
Insurance & Billing
We do not bill insurance or Medicaid directly. Riders pay us directly and may seek reimbursement independently. We provide receipts for your records.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by calling us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees. See our full terms of service for details.

Terms of Service
Trip Confirmation
When we receive your trip request our scheduling department will contact you to confirm your trip details. We cannot guarantee that your trip can be scheduled until it is confirmed by our scheduling dept. A ride is not considered confirmed, and your place on the schedule is not held, until the ride is paid in full. You may also contact us via email or phone, but keep in mind that we do often experience a high call volume, so please leave a message if we cannot answer your call.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by 3PM (PST) the day before your ride, or you'll be charged a fee equal to our current base fee. Trips booked after 3PM (PST) the day before and same-day bookings are non-refundable. A confirmed trip holds a time slot that's no longer available to other riders, so please call to cancel as soon as your plans change.
No-shows
A trip is considered a no show if it is cancelled after the driver has arrived. No shows are charged at our current base rate + $25.
Out of Area Trips
Out of area trips canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time will receive no refund.
Rescheduling a Ride
Rides can be rescheduled at no additional charge up until 3PM (PST) the day prior to the initial ride date. Any ride that is rescheduled after 3PM (PST) the day prior to the initial ride date, is charged a late cancellation fee. Additionally, any ride that is rescheduled after driver arrival is charged a No Show Fee.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to a $10 refund processing fee.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance (must be paid by 5PM the day before the trip) once trip is confirmed. Please note applicable cancellation/no show policies listed above. Alternate payment arrangements may be possible for ongoing recurring trips.
Any additional services incurred during transport or at the time of pickup will be immediately invoiced and/or charged to the billing contact provided at time of scheduling. This includes but is not limited to: Standby / Wait fees, Provide wheelchair fees, Hospital/Facility discharge fees, and Additional passenger fees.
