I had a complication with my hospital pick up, which my recovery nurse was mostly responsible for. Sovereign phoned me afterwards, and we discussed how this kind of mistake could happen and how to make sure it would not happen again. They took the time to call an upset client and discuss what happened and how they could improve in the future. That is professionalism and real service--Sovereign Medical Transport.

Thank you to everyone at Sovereign Medical Transport that made it possible for my mom to attend her granddaughters wedding. The professional drivers that treated her like royalty and got her safely to and from the venue in plenty of time on a Friday evening. They even worked late at to allow her more time at the wedding to be with family and friends to celebrate. This was her last wish and she passed away 10 days later. You all helped to make her dream possible with the work that you do when she had to have wheelchair transportation. We can never thank you enough for the part you all played in making such special memories possible.

Their office manager Jessica deserves special mention - she's been there every step of the way, making a challenging situation feel so much easier.
